The CLE Program "Don’t Do It Alone! Build A Team To Assist You in Handling Family Law Cases" will be presented as a Webinar presentation on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, from 12 - 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). The program is approved for 1 hour of general "distance learning" CLE credit. This program is sponsored by the KBA Family Law Section.
Divorce and custody cases are stressful and complicated for attorneys and clients. This panel presentation will provide the family lawyer with ways other professionals and services can reduce that stress on all involved, gather needed proof, and resolve issues in the case. Emily Heird, LPC/MHSP, attorney Michael Stanuszek and attorney and parenting coordinator Jo Ann Lehberger offer services that assist parents and lawyers in these cases. Emily will discuss divorce coaching, Mike will discuss supervised visitation and lower-cost mediation services, and Jo Ann will discuss parenting coordination. Attend and discover ideas to help you work through your family case. Don’t do it alone!

ZOOM INSTRUCTIONS
1. You can join this meeting with almost any device. For mobile devices, find the Zoom Meetings on the App Store or Google Play Store and pre-install. For a desktop or laptop computer, the link to pre-install is: https://zoom.us/download. You can then leave the meeting and then re-join again at the appointed meeting time. Absent a computer or mobile device, you can just join with a telephone call (audio only), but the best meeting experience by far is to use a computer or iPad, so you can see others and what is being presented.
2. For computer/mobile device connection: If you don’t already have the Meetings app installed, you will be prompted to do a quick installation when you click the meeting link. Once installed, you don’t need to “sign in” or “create an account”, you just need to join the meeting. Only the host of a meeting has to have an account. Once you join with your computer, you will be asked if you want to use the computer audio or dial in by telephone for your audio. You can use computer audio if you have a headset or are on a mobile device or laptop with camera/mic – webcams are encouraged; otherwise, dial in via telephone for your audio, following the on-screen instructions.
3. If you encounter any technical difficulties at all during the meeting, and it is persistent, sometimes it is best just to leave the meeting and then rejoin it. If you encounter any difficulties or have questions as a result of the test above, just contact KBA Office well before the meeting so that we can resolve.
